Crayons, markers, building blocks, and other toys will brighten the days of young patients at Brno Children's Hospital. The Student Chamber of the FME Academic Senate purchased the toys with proceeds from the Engineering Stairs race entry fees. The faculty's annual sporting event has a charitable dimension, and this was the first time that aid went to Brno University Hospital.

This year's entry fees for the Engineering Stairs race raised CZK 24,000, which was turned into a trunk full of items that will bring at least a little joy to young patients who have to spend time in the hospital.

The gifts were personally handed over by SKAS chairwoman Anna Imrichová together with faculty secretary Petr Tesař. The donation was accepted on behalf of Brno University Hospital by Mária Gura, deputy representative for non-medical healthcare workers at the Children's Hospital.
