Spôsob efektívneho zhodnocovania odpadových lepených skiel je založený na tom, že pláty odpadového lepeného skla sú lámané v priečnom aj pozdĺžnom smere medzi dvoma pármi lámacích profilových valcov, následne sú ešte polámané prichytené úlomky skla k fólii otrepávané vibračným zariadením s nástrojom s ihlanovými hrotmi v tvare lišty a odvaľujúcim sa hladkým valcovým nástrojom, a napokon sú posledné prichytené úlomky skla z fólie stierané stieracími valcami. Lámaniu odpadového lepeného skla v priečnom aj pozdĺžnom smere predchádza popraskanie odpadového lepeného skla medzi hladkými valcami podávacieho modulu. Spôsob efektívneho zhodnocovania odpadových lepených skiel a modulová konštrukcia zariadenia podľa technického riešenia sú využiteľné v oblasti stavebníctva a automobilového priemyslu pri spracovaní odpadových lepených skiel.
English abstract
The method for the efficient recovery of waste laminated glass is based on the fact that sheets of waste laminated glass are broken in both the transverse and longitudinal direction between two pairs of breaking profile rollers, then the still broken glass fragments attached to the film are shaken off by a vibrating device with a bar-shaped needle-tipped tool and a rolling smooth cylindrical tool, and finally the last glass fragments attached to the film are wiped off by the wiping rollers. Breakage of the waste laminated glass in both the transverse and longitudinal directions is prevented by cracking of the waste laminated glass between the smooth rollers of the feeding module. The method of efficient recovery of waste laminated glass and the modular construction of the plant according to the technical design are applicable in the construction and automotive industries in the processing of waste laminated glass.
