Segmentation of the optic disc in two imaging modalities for glaucoma diagnosis based on morphological operations, active contours, nonlinear filtering Canny edge detector and Hough transform. The segmentation has been found to be correct in 89.6% of cases.

Algoritmus segmentace optického disku na obrazu sítnice vyuzívající data ze dvou obrazových modalit je zalozen na morfologických operacích, aktivních konturách, nelineární filtraci a Hoghove transformaci. Poskytuje správné výsledky v 89,6 % prípadu.
